I am a senior Human Resources leader with experience in a wide range of employment settings. Throughout my career, I have spent considerable time in unionized environments, particularly in the healthcare industry. I have held HR leadership positions for OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center, PeaceHealth, Cenveo Graphic Arts Center, and have additional Human Resources experience working at Oregon Health & Science University and Wayne Dalton. I have led teams from 2 to 50, held executive leadership roles, and regularly interacted with Boards of Directors.
